Veteran Success Resource Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to facilitating access to  professional and personal resources for Veterans and their Families in an unique networking environment. We do this by coordinating and hosting Veteran Resource Expo events across the United States where we bring together a multitude of resources from nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, businesses, corporate hiring partners and government agencies through an event called Bourbiz.

Bourbiz features our signature sampling of more than 20 different types of Bourbon, Whiskey, Wine, and Scotch during the event or a open bar (depending on venue), as well as meet and greet opportunities with decorated veterans, business influencers, sports stars, and other notable personalities. For this event we have an icebreaker name tag that allows for visual recognition, easily connecting attendees with resource providers. In addition to the vast networking and resource opportunities, As always, our event culminates in a free raffle of autographed memorabilia and other exciting giveaways!

We are both Post-9/11 Veterans who served in Iraq at a time when the insurgency was at its most powerful level. Although we were both seriously injured, we took advantage of the resources around us and became Veteran entrepreneurs. However, we noticed that many of our fellow Veterans and their families are struggling in many aspects of their lives. And we also noticed that this is not due to a lack of resources, but because of a lack of collaboration and coordination. The internet can be a loud and noisy space, and therefore we provide local Veteran Resource Expos, free of charge, so that our brothers and sisters can find the resources they need close to their own homes.

Veterans, Military Spouses and Caregivers can come to our events and connect with a wide variety of organizations and institutions that can support them with any issues related to employment, education, health, housing and business through our Bourbiz event format.

Bourbiz features our signature sampling of more than 20 different types of Bourbon, Whiskey, Wine, and Scotch during the event, as well as meet and greet opportunities with decorated veterans, sports stars, and other notable personalities.
